Feminine Care brand Innergarm introduces eco-friendly tape for shipping and delivery boxes

Feminine care brand Innergarm announced today that it has introduced FSC-certified courier boxes and cushioning materials to minimize the environmental impact of the delivery process.

FSC certification was established by the Forest Stewardship Council®, an international NGO established to protect forest resources and promote sustainable forest management. It's a rigorous certification process that requires companies that not only use wood from FSC-certified forests, but also trade, process, transform, and manufacture it, all the way through to the finished product, to become FSC-certified so that they can eventually display the FSC label on their products.

The boxes and packaging materials used by Innergarm are made from materials that have received eco-friendly forest certification throughout the entire process, from the trees in the forest to the end consumer delivery. We have also switched to eco-friendly water-based paper tape to replace the plastic tape that used to stick tightly to the boxes and was difficult to remove.

Innergarm's packing tape is the only 100% eco-friendly water based paper tape in Korea that can be used on parcel boxes. It has a waterborne adhesive and a waterborne coating, so it dissolves perfectly in water and does not pollute the environment.
